Some providers may store data outside India. Where this happens, we transfer data only as permitted under the DPDP Act and take reasonable steps to protect it.
Two services on the Website are run by other companies and are used only if you choose to:
- Map: the map on our Contact page is provided by Google and loads only after you click “Load map”. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives technical data such as your IP address and may set its own cookies. Google’s privacy policy applies to that data.
- WhatsApp: if you chat with us on WhatsApp, the chat is handled by Meta (WhatsApp) under its own privacy policy. We use what you send us only to reply to you.

- Enquiries and quotes: up to 3 years after our last contact, or longer if a contract follows, as required for legal and tax records.
- Investor enquiries: up to 3 years after our last contact.
- Design files: deleted within 12 months of the quote unless they become part of a project.
- Job applications: résumés sent by the careers form are emailed to our team and then deleted from the cloud storage provided by our hosting provider (Cloudflare); we keep applications for up to 12 months to consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
- Delivery queue: if email delivery of a form submission fails, the submission (including any résumé or design file) may be held in a secure queue in private, access-controlled cloud storage provided by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for up to 30 days while we retry delivery, and is then deleted.
